Retrieving Sanity

Hey there! My name is Keegan, Host of ”Retrieving Sanity”, an upcoming podcast aiming to become a non-profit for mental health resources and services for veterans, people struggling with homelessness, addiction, and traumas. I started this podcast a little into my Recovery Journey that kicked off from a near-death-experience and a 9 month rehab. I want everyone to feel heard, seen, understood, and most importantly, not alone. To do this, I speak with life coaches (of all sorts!), experts in the mental health field, fellow addicts (in or out of recovery), and anyone that wants to share their story so they can let others know they aren’t alone. We dive into rabbit holes, follow straight trains, and explore everything in between that mental health has to offer! I don’t believe there’s only one way to Recovery or Mental Clarity, and I encourage everyone to listen, try stuff out, see what works, what doesn’t and share it with others! If you like what you hear, leave a review, subscribe to the YouTube Channel, and check us out on air on WDJY 99.1 FM (Every Friday 7am EST) or TV (TBA)! Retrieving Sanity is here to help you pick up the pieces of yourself, reclaim your mental sovereignty, and together, we can help make the world a better place, one conversation at a time!
