We all have trauma that we go through, and some people like to downplay theirs, or compare to others. Your pain, your trauma, your feelings are valid, and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. For better, or for worse, we have to really take a look at our own trauma so that way we can make room for healing in whatever way that we can.
